Getting to Calgary Airport by bus and train
Getting to Calgary Airport by train and bus is easy and comfortable.
Train (long-distance)
Calgary International Airport does not have its own long-distance train station. Long-distance trains operated by VIA Rail terminate at Calgary Station in the city center. From there, you can reach the airport by public transport or taxi.
Train (public transportation)
Calgary International Airport has no direct rail connection. Use the CTrain Red Line or Blue Line to Downtown Calgary and transfer there to bus route 300 (BRT Airport) to the airport. Alternatively, bus route 100 connects the airport with Saddletowne CTrain Station. Follow the signs for “Ground Transportation” at the airport.
Bus (public transportation) and long-distance buses
The bus stops are located in front of the terminal’s arrivals area. Use bus lines 300 (BRT Airport) or 100 to get to the airport.
Long-distance bus operators such as Banff Airporter, Brewster Express and Red Arrow also offer direct connections to Calgary International Airport. Follow the signs for “Ground Transportation” to the bus stops.
Terminal shuttle
Calgary International Airport has a central terminal building, so all areas are easily accessible on foot. A shuttle between the domestic and international terminals is not required.
