Would you like to receive full compensation for an irregular flight without having to pay a processing fee to an internet portal? Then apply for compensation directly from Condor. If you are entitled to any compensation, we will send it to you as quickly and easily as possible.
If your flight is in the future and you have booked it as part of a package with a tour operator, please contact your tour operator directly.
Complaints regarding Condor operated flights to/from the United Kingdom, will be handled by Thomas Cook Airlines UK customer services.
