Special conditions for Fly Niki customers
The airline Niki has filed for insolvency and has ceased flight operations on 14 December 2017. To support passengers in destination, Condor is introducing a rescue flight plan with additional flights.
We kindly ask all guests who have booked a package holiday with a tour operator to contact the respective tour operator for detail on their return flights.
Fly Niki customers who are in destination and would like to fly back to Germany, have two options available:
Free of charge short-term flights (standby) on Condor aircraft until 31 December 2017 from destination to Germany:
Passengers who have booked a flight directly with Niki and are affected by the grounding can fly on Condor flights to Germany, free of charge, until 31 December 2017, provided a seat is available at departure (Standby). We ask these passengers to contact the check-in counters at the respective airport.
Discounted confirmed booking of Condor flights from the destination to Germany until 31 December 2017:
For a confirmed booking, Niki customers are offered highly discounted conditions on Condor replacement flights from the destination to Germany during the period 14 to 31 December 2017.
If you have booked a ticket directly with Niki, please note the following information:
Book your replacement flight for your cancelled Niki flight with Condor to Germany on www.condor.com and submit the following documents to email@example.com by 31 January 2018:
- Booking confirmation of your cancelled Fly Niki flight from a destination departure airport to Germany.
- The cancelled Fly Niki flight had to take place between 14 and 31 December 2017.
- Booking confirmation for your Condor flight booked after 13 December 2017.
You will be reimbursed 50% of your net air fare. Refunds will automatically be made via the payment method used when booking on Condor.com. We kindly ask for your understanding that the reimbursement process might take a little longer than is normal.
