Customer Service Team and complaints

Our cabin crew are instructed not to open the sealed packaging of Condor Bordshop items – thank you for your understanding. Condor Bordshop items can only be returned to the cabin crew on the same flight for a refund of the purchase price. The item must be in its original packaging. This excludes perfume and cosmetics, tobacco products and sweets. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights in the event of defects.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I shop on board with Condor?

Yes, you can make purchases during your flight both in the classic Bordshop and from the Condor Shop via the FlyConnect in-flight portal.

Sales in the Bordshop are handled directly by the cabin crew and the products are delivered straight to you on board. The range includes perfume, cosmetics, jewelry, watches, sunglasses, tech gadgets and candy.

In addition, the Condor Shop is available in the FlyConnect on-board portal. This service is currently only available on A32xneo aircraft, as they have the high-speed internet connection required.

You can conveniently order products via the portal using your own device. Place your order on board and your products will be shipped after the flight.

Payment is made after you land via PayPal or bank transfer through the Pay After Flight service. Alternatively, if you have internet access on board, you can also pay during your flight.

Please note that the product range and prices in the Bordshop and in the Condor shop may differ.
