General Terms and Conditions

1. With the voucher code swus1condor020do (departure from USA to Europe) or the voucher code swca1condor030do (departure from Canada to Europe) you will receive a 20 US$ or 30 CA$ discount on flight bookings in all booking classes and round-trip long-haul fares, except for the Economy Light fare (flight zones 3-6) and for the following destinations: from USA or Canadian Condor airports to Europe.
2. The voucher is limited to a volume of 1,000. The voucher will be redeemed for the first 1,000 bookings. There will be no redemption beyond the number of 1,000.

Redemption requirements

1. The voucher code can only be redeemed within the scope of a Condor flight booking (DE flight number) in all booking classes and round-trip long-haul fares, except for the Economy Light fare (flight zones 3-6) and for the following destinations: from USA or Canadian Condor airports  to Europe, at www.condor.com. The Condor flight timetable applies. lt is not possible retrospectively to offset the voucher against bookings made earlier. The voucher code swus1condor020do (departure from USA to Europe) or the voucher code swca1condor030do (departure from Canada to Europe) must be entered in the existing voucher field during booking on the Condor website www.condor.com (payment page).
2. The voucher can only be redeemed for bookings made from 21.11.2022 up to and including 28.11.2022. Any USA or Canadian Condor departure airport may be chosen. The voucher is valid for a travel period from 01.12.2022 up to and including 30.04.2023. Only one voucher may be redeemed per flight booking. The voucher cannot be combined with other voucher promotions. The voucher code is only valid for the flight service mentioned in the section "General Terms and Conditions". The voucher code is only valid for bookings in US$ or CA$.
3. lt the voucher results in a negative payment amount, the voucher cannot be redeemed. Cash payment on the voucher is not possible.
4. In the event of a cancellation and subsequent rebooking by the voucher user outside the voucher validity period, the voucher will cease to be valid. In the event of rebooking by the voucher user of the flight on which the voucher is based, the voucher will remain valid if the new flight to which the rebooking is made falls within the travel period specified in 1. at General Terms and Conditions. Condor reserves the right to terminate early or change the voucher campaign at any time and without prior notice or indication of reasons if, for example, for technical factors (such as malware or external manipulation, other hardware, and software errors), economic constraints or legal grounds, proper implementation of the campaign is no longer guaranteed.

Legal framework

1. Ancillary costs arising from the use of the voucher, e.g., for travel to and from the airport, meals and all other costs must be borne by the voucher user himself. The voucher user is personally responsible for arranging the documents required for entry (e.g. entry and registration papers), as well as for the insurance cover recommended for travel abroad.
2. There is no right of appeal. The voucher conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
3. Should individually provisions within these voucher conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the other provisions will remain unaffected.
4. Redemption of the voucher will be subject to the applicable data protection provisions, the Privacy Policy- Condor, as well as the current GTBC General Terms and Conditions - Condor of Condor Flugdienst GmbH.
