Information sheet on flights across Schengen borders into the Federal Republic of Germany

According to an amendment to the Federal German Police Act by the German Parliament, Condor Flugdienst GmbH is obligated, upon instruction by the German police, to convey certain passenger data for flights from countries that are not signatories of the Schengen Agreement.

Based on individual flights, the German police can request the following data from Condor Flugdienst GmbH after completion of the check-in procedures:

First names and surname, date of birth, sex, nationality, number and type of travel document (passport or identity document), flight number, planned departure and arrival times, original point of departure, flight route and number and issuing state of the required residence title or airport transit visa.

The data is deleted at Condor Flugdienst GmbH 24 hours after being forwarded. The German police delete the forwarded data 24 hours after the arrival of the airline passengers of the relevant flight, insofar as it is not needed by the German police for the execution of any other duties.

The German Federal Foreign Office keeps a list of the current member states of the Schengen Agreement.
