Take a seat: With our seat reservations, you can get your favorite seat on all of your Condor flights. It's simple, quick and hassle-free. You can also reserve a seat in the exit row (XL seats). Enjoy more freedom to stretch out your legs.

Online Check-in

Fully relaxed at the airport: Conveniently check in at home or in the office and print out your boarding pass straight away. It goes without saying that both Business Class and Premium Economy Class passengers can select their favorite seat free of charge via the Online Check-in service. Our Online Check-in is available between 24 hours and 2 hours prior to departure, and is open to all Condor passengers, regardless of the selected booking class.

Before the flight, every passenger can reserve a seat with a fee. You can conveniently reserve your favorite seat on your Condor flight online.

You can reserve your favorite seat while booking your Condor flight or later on by visiting Special Services up to 48 hours before departure.

Would you like to view our aircraft seating charts before you fly? Simply visit the Condor fleet website to view individual seating charts for all of our aircraft.

Of course, seat reservations for Business Class and Premium Economy Class guests are free of charge.

Additionally, Business and Premium Economy Class passengers can also select their favorite seat on all routes free of charge via the Online Check-in service.

Children aged 2 to 11 must pay the adult rate for seat reservations on Condor flights.

Separate regulations apply to flights with other airlines (e.g. Lufthansa).

Seat reservation restrictions

We are unable to offer seat reservations for flights operated by other airlines (even feeder and connecting flights).
The seat reservation, which includes the seat in Business Class or Premium Economy Class, is valid from the last German departure airport to the first arrival airport outside of Germany. On your return flight, the reservation is valid from the last departure airport outside of Germany to the first arrival airport in Germany.
We regret that your seat reservation cannot be maintained if there is a change in aircraft type.  

XL Seats (seats at the emergency exit)

You deserve some eXtra legroom and eXtra comfort! Reserve one of our desired emergency exit seats in advance (up to 48 hours before departure).

New: You can reserve your XL-Seat for long-haul flights to/from zones 3*, 4* and 5* for flights departing after May 1, 2014.

Complaints

If you booked your flight on another website or through a travel agency, please contact the website provider or travel agency with any complaints you may have about your seat reservation.

If you made your booking on Condor's website (including online bookings through your travel agency with a link to the Condor booking engine) or in our service center (booking partner: Condor Individuell), please make sure to enclose your original boarding passes and a copy of your booking confirmation with your seat reservation complaint.
